Franklin meet Ellie

So on Friday June 6th Franklin met Ellie for the first time. We went and got him cut short and his nails trimmed down to avoid any problems. But we are proud to report that both Franklin and Ellie have taken to each other with no problems. You can see pictures here:

Ellison has no problems with Franklin's barking and Franklin is gentle and curious when he approaches her. I think that Franklin is a little jealous because she is taking up some of his cuddling time but he is finding ways to cuddle with she is in our arms. I'm sure if he could speak he would just want to know when Ellison can throw the ball and chase him around the house.

We are still very tired and awaiting the day when Ellison can sleep for more than three hours. Right now she normally has one good three hour sleep each night but outside of that bliss she is up every 1 1/2 hours needing either food or changing.... Aw parenthood is indescribable.
